General Labor / Inspector
Full-time | All Shifts Available
Pay: Starting at $16-18/hr
Shift Premiums: Additional pay for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Responsibilities:
Perform visual and dimensional inspections on manufactured parts to ensure quality and accuracy
Assist with general production duties, including packing, labeling, and material handling
Operate basic hand tools and measuring equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S and safety standards
Report any defects or quality issues to supervisors or quality control team
Follow all company safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements
Support team members and contribute to meeting daily production goals
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous manufacturing or inspection experience a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Reliable attendance and teamwork skills
